Dual Boot Windows 7 and 10 with same key?

Does anyone know if it will be possible to dual boot Windows 7 and Windows 10 without having to install Windows 7 twice and upgrade?

I don't think so; once a key is registered on an installation, it has to be deregistered to be used on another install. Even simply reinstalling Windows 7, will require another activation request to be sent to MSFT.

If that is the case Microsoft can keep Windows 10.

No, it uses the same key or 'ID' for both. So unfortunately it will be one or the other.

if you upgrade to 10 you can go back to 7 if you don't like W10 but the key can only be active in one or the other not dual booting as it uses the same key

I have dual booted Windows 10 and Windows 7 and I can confirm you are wrong, you can use the same key.

You always could but it's against the MS rules.
