Dual booting help...

I have got Vista home premium 64-bit, and it seems that all my older games like medieval 2 total war, and aoe3 are not compatible.

SO I want to dual boot with xp pro. thing is I have no idea how.

And is it possible to keep my exsisting vista install, or will i have to start from scratch?

how do drivers work over two os's?

Just want some general info on how to dual boot really, pros/cans etc...

You need to install a seperate Operating system on a different partition or hard disk.

If you have 1 disk/2 partitions, install XP onto the other partition.

If you have 2 disks, install XP onto the other disk which Vista isnt installed on.
