Dual card issues, can anybody help?

I have been using 2 graphics card to run 4 monitors for some time now (2 lcd's, 1 crt, 1 hdtv), an Nvidia GeForce 6600 and an FX5200.
In an attempt to upgrade, I bought a GeForce 9500 GT to replace the 6600.
Now that I have, the FX5200 does not work, I had no contact witgh it during installation of the new card and have since tried uninstalling, removing and Re-installing the 5200 to no avail, the error report from windows device manager is that it cannot start. System specs follow.

have you tried just installing the fx5200?

Yes, it worked fine on it's own.

is it maybe a driver conflict

I doubt it, Nvidia use a driver manager for all of their cards, so it should prevent that sort of problem.

have you tried swapping them round? using them in different PCI-E slots so its a different one as the main card?

I can't, the 9500 is PCIe, but the 5200 is plain PCI.
