I wouldn't have bought 2x Maxtor DiamondMax. First, maxtors have been a little flakey in their DM9 and 10 range with failures.
Second, the Seagate 7200.10 200GB uses new technology (perpendicular) which is about 30% faster on sustained reads than the maxtor and should be a fair bit faster if you are RAID'ing (which I feel you might be). It also comes with a 5 yr warranty as standard and seagate's reputation for reliability (and please, I know Seagate bought Maxtor but this doesn't mean they have miraculously changed their factories or anything like that).
