Hi! I would like to ask some help about my dual monitor set up as I wanted to try it out and I wasn't sure which thread to put it i so I placed it here.

So I ordered the "ForceBox Gamer Plus" Intel Core i5 4690 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) Quad Core Nvidia GTX Special Edition on November 29 on the website and now I wanted to try a dual monitor set up but it just doesn't seem to work as the 2nd monitor does not have a signal.

GPU: KFA2 GeForce GTX 960 Reference 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card - OEM
Main monitor: Acer K222HQLBID 21.5 Inch HDMI Monitor.
Secondary monitor: V Bush LED22982DVDFHD

I am using HDMI to connect to my main monitor which works fine. However my second monitor which is connected using VGA tells me 'No Signal Through PC'

*I have tried connecting using the VGA cable and the monitor on my laptop and both are working fine, displaying something.

-Tried the Windows + P = Does not do anything
-Tried the screen resolution and it detects the second monitor http://prntscr.com/art0d5 and also in my nVidia control panel http://prntscr.com/art0pj but it doesn't display anything on the monitor, only the 'No Signal Through Pc'

Is this a problem with my GPU? Will I not be able to run a dual monitor set up with my specs? I would appreciate if you could help me out. Thanks :-)

the gpu is fine with dual monitors. not 100% but can you run HDMI and VGA at the same time?

i assume you using a dvi to vga adapter?
i would think you will need a DVI-d adapter or display port adapter.

what inputs do the 2 monitors take?

i was using hdmi to hdmi and vga to vga therefore I have ordered a dvi to vga from amazon, hopefully it will work and I will give updates when I will receive it and able to try and test it out.

Thank you for your help :-)

Have you selected the 'source' on the second monitor to VGA? It might be set to the HDMI or DVI port (if it has it).
