How do I set my second monitor to be an extension of my screen?

On Desktop

Right Click > Properties > Settings > Click Second Monitor > Tick "Extend the desktop onto this monitor"

Right Click > Personalise > Display Settings > Click Second Monitor > Tick "Extend the desktop onto this monitor"
