Dual ram not running in dual mode

This is my first build. Got a E4300 1.8ghz @ 2.2 so far, however i went into CPUZ and in the memory tab it tells me that the memory is running in single mode. The memory in question is OCZ 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 CL 4-4-4-15 PLATINUM XTC.

Is this gonna limit my OCing potential at all? The memory is in the 2 slots closest to the cpu and is fairly warm to the touch... its running at 2.1v. I also seem to be getting lots of blue screens about memory dumps when i make dvd images on alcohol 120.

However i just upped the vcore a bit more and it seems to be better now.

Any way i can get it to work properly? As in dual mode.

Hmm after the problems of blue screens, i lowered the FSB and all is well so far.

try putting memory in banks 1&3

Yes I thought that if you were running in dual they can't be together, 1,2,1,2
