Dualshock 2

Hello,

Just bought FF 12 but it will not work with my normal PSOne controller which I use with the PS2. It asks for a dualshock 2 controller.

Is there any way around this?

I have a dualshock 2 controller but it's faulty. The analogue light works but FF12 reports the same error and also none of the buttons function. Common fault?

The only way around it is to buy another, working Dual Shock 2 pad.

Oh well. Thanks anyway.

Will have to pick up a DS2 tomorrow or try and borrow one. Only bought this PS2 for some FF action!

They seem to be £20 in most stores. Problem is that the auction site sellers have no way of delivering the controllers to me with this strike action
