Dubai Villa Renovation

I lived there for years, and crime wasn't a massive issue. There were some hushed up cases of people leaving their kids in cars with engine on (for AC) while they ran into shops and someone would drive off and bribe them. It seemed pretty isolated though.

But how can you not mentioned the most nefarious criminal of all time... The Barracuda Bandit ;)
