Ducky Mecha Mini - Not responding

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help me with an issue I'm having.

I've had a mecha mini for a few weeks now and wanted to try the macro mode today to rebind some dedicated arrow keys.

After switching profiles to try this (FN+2) the keyboard seems to be completely unresponsive and nothing is working however it appears to have retained the previous RGB settings, but nothing else.

I've tried the following steps but still can't get the keyboard to respond:

• Factory reset (both win keys)
• Changing back to the default profile (FN+1)
• Reinstalling the latest firmware (yes, the correct version)
• Tried different USB slots and a different PC
• Tried a different USB-C cable
• Removing from devices in Windows

At this point I can't think of anything else that could be the issue and I'm thinking the board is dead.

Any suggestions?
