Are red switch versions coming in? I fancy giving these a go as I currently use brown and my wife complains about the noise they make when she is trying to get our daughter to sleep!

I thought reds were as noisy as browns, if not so close as to make no difference. No mechanical is silent.

So this or the Lady Gaga Poker Face keyboard? Decisions, decisions...

Why not both :D

Eventually yes, due to the loooong delay on release we decided to release this and the Shine 6 with ABS keycaps and when you register the keyboard we will send out a replacement set of the new PBT keycaps when they are ready.

Brown is by far the most popular switch for sales in the UK so we limited the 1st production run to just Brown Switch.

Always brings a smile to my face when I see mechanical and less noisy in the same sentence. From the main four switches Blue is really only the switch that generates a lot more noise than the other with a loud click to register, a lot of the noise from the other switch is them bottoming out. Reds are linear and have a very high point to register so you barely have to press the key to register, if you can get used to typing light that then Reds with O-Rings can be a little quieter than Browns

No mechanical is silent.

:D

I was dead set on getting this keyboard for months and then heard about the cherry silent keys. Don't suppose there will be a one tkl cherry silent version?

Nothing in the pipeline at the minute, Brown, Red, Blue, Black and Nature White are the switches we will use.

A certain other brand has exclusive access to that switch at the minute.

As Deaths_Calling notes, the exclusivity deal with Corsair has indeed ended! I would have thought you'd know that lol! ;)

Is Nature White any quieter than browns or reds with o-rings? Can you fit o-rings to nature whites to help further at all?

I'll rephrase it :D, It wasn't when the keyboards were produced, but I'll check with HQ about them and get back to you on that.

Nature White is basically a linear Brown, I really like the switch I used to swear by Reds for gaming Blues or Greens for typing on, Nature White is like the all round switch really not to light so you can type on it and doesn't have the tactile bump, as for noise level I'd lump them in the same sort of noise as everything apart from Blues/Greens.

Nice always fancied trying a Ducky keyboard out but am tied between this and the asus rog claymore tkl.

Both are a lot of money for a keyboard though :(

I saw the note on the Ducky Shine 6 thread about getting PBT caps at a later date... is that also the case with the TKL then?

When will the Nature White switches be available?

I use blue for gaming/typing but do get cheesed off by the noise they create, I'll probably go brown next but for now this cheapo does the job well, even if one USB is broken and the wrist support has snapped both ends.

I was waiting for these to come back instock on the 14th. Did it just sell out instantly or did you not get any stock?

Must have very slow production on this model has been out for a while but never instock. (I know it took ages for the UK version to come out)

I'm on annual leave this week. I'll check for you next week what the score is with these. If I put a date on of the 14th it's because I had an ETA for some new stock.
