Looking for a few more dumbbell exercises to work out which ever groups I'm missing.
However I have no bench so what I can do is limited.
I already do
Lateral Raises 6kg 10 reps 3 sets
Standing Dumbbell Curls combined with a Standing Dumbbell Press (in one motion) 10kg 15 reps x 3 sets.
Doing sit ups and press ups as well.
Which groups do these work and what Dumbbell exercises can I do to work the others.
