Dont even go there,been there and tried that, its impossible to be friends with someone you have been with.
Id say just forget about her and move on, it will be hard but time heals all wounds.

Yep, feel very bad now that I did it but at the time revenge was sweet!! And fun tooShe's put me through 4 weeks of sleepless nights and many bottles of whiskey so I shouldnt feel any remorse but heck if I'm honest I do still love her but I'll never let her know that because as soon as she gains control she'll use it to her advantage again. Needless to say she has sent torrents of abuse via text but ah well its sat night so time to go out!

my mum left my dad when i was 9, so thats 17 years ago now.
He still very much loves her even though she is happily married now and he has been with his g/f for 4 years. If my mum clicked her fingers my dad would be there. The whole thing screwed with his head, he is so unstable that ive cut him out of my life altogether. He has tried all sorts to get her back and get revenge.

I split up with my ex about 6 or 7 months ago now. Best advice you'll get over and over and probably ignore is to compltely sever. You'll feel like rubbish for a few months but you'll be fine in the long run. Realise it is over and move on.
Even now I still think about the ex a lot. I carried on sleeping with her till a couple of months ago, ignoring everyones advice. Haven't spoken to her since then and feel a bit better everyday.

Probably been with the most attractive women since my thirties. Stunning women and actually have a brain in their heads, neurotic as hell, though!
i remember finding out my x cheated on me i went abit loopy for a few months, i was mre gutted that she cheated on me then had 2 kids with me tbh, i left her started sleeping around but got back with her a few hours after sleeping with someone and got her to give me somthing .. made me feel better for about 10 mins.. i did eventualy get back with her for the kids tho but i couldnt cope left her and im married to an absolute star now who i love with all my heart and im very happy
