It's not dungeon master II i'm afraid its just using the dm2 engine/textures/tileset. But like yourself i never got DMII to work under dosbox or the amiga version

currently playing this right now...im on level 3 and i remember all of it just like i did in 1987.....it is still very playable...i would rather play this than most of the trash thats released today
