As long as you're not the kind of person who spits profusely when they talk then blowing on PC components should be more than fine really.Aint blowing on pc components abit bad? As you got water and crap in it.
I found a compressed air can to be absolutely useless and ended up takin it to bits to clean it.
EDIT: Thats my old graphics card after about 2 years of not being cleaned.
