Hi

Can anyone recommend me a duvet brand that is temp controlled for all year round.
I have a summer and winter duvet currently, but want to save some space and time having to change them round every year.

Edit/ Found a few by Slumberdown and Silentnight that are 10.5 tog, seems that’s the middle rating for all season.

Thanks

you already have a combo one ? .. have 4.5+9 tog that you can join together, by buttons, or, use individually
came from JL during stone age, it's currently, even with heating off a bit warm for the 4.5, so have blanket maybe 3 tog.

We switched to a wool duvet years ago, I’m sure it doesn’t have a Tog rating it’s just intended for all year round.

I’ve found it excellent, I like being cooler and my partner as warm as possible and it seems to do that better than any other duvet we have tried.

This I also switched to a wool duvet years ago as I used to get bad night sweats. Wool regulates your body temperature much better

wool looks an interesting option - had heard farmers can't now barely give wool away (change of clothing / carpetting choices) - real feathers are lighter,
but, posted last week, apparently something heavier is good for you

remains too hot for the 5-tog duvet - reverted to old fashioned blanket on top of duvet cover maybe tog 3 ...
fascinating revelatory radio programme about heavy blankets I coincidentally heard, so you could get better quality sleep, with a heavier weight covering ... got to continue this experiment.
current king size duvet is less than 800g total - blanket like 5kg

I’ve ordered a cheap Slumberdown 10.5 tog, as said in hot summers I don’t even use a duvet anyway.

My current winter duvet is actually a 10.5, but its quite heavy.

I couldn’t remember the name of the wool one we switched to when I replied, but it’s the one Bluecube mentioned, Baavet.

Highly recommended.
