Hi, my trusty old DVD player has broken so I went and got the spare one form upstairs and set about connecting it to my suround sound amp. I didnt realise however that my broken DVD player was connected via optical and the spare DVD only has digital coaxial on the back. The amp has both.
However, the question is - do I need a digital coaxial lead to connect the DVD player up or can I use a standard RCA plug? Im sure I will need a digital one as RCA is only anologue I think
Thanks, Mark
