dvd player-recommendations

Im after a new dvd player, my only requirements are it should play divx, xvid formats as well. dont wanna spend more than £100 max.
Is it possible to get something which is recordable for this sort of price range, even if i had to increase the budget...slightly

ive had a look around, and now thinking of a hdd player. preferably 160gb, is it possible for £150?

I bought my cheap and cheerful Dvd player last Xmas time. It plays DivX NP, records onto disc and cost less than £70.
The player is a Technika 2005 bought from Tesco's, they usually have a decent choice. I think all the major supermarkets have their version of this kind of player for a competitive price although, don't expect to much for your £
