dvd sound issues

hi guys,

I have just created my own dvd of action that i captured myself. I have encoded to dvd using dvdSanta.

I tried to play the DVD in WMP10, no sound

RealPlayer, no sound

VLC player, SOUND!

DVD player linked to TV , SOUND!

Wonder why windows media player and real player dont play it?

any ideas?

probably just down to codecs or the way the sound is compressed. Do you have anything in control panel for AC3 or anything which you can fiddle around with?
