dvelopmental rate?

it says the rate for 18yr olds is £4.60 but what is this "developmental?"

right, so does that mean if me as an 18 year old, will only get a minimum for £4.60 or £5.52? if im not doing any training

ok well my employer just gave me a cheque for £45 for 22 hours of work, and he didnt even take my NI number.....you think inland revenue will do anythign about it?

oh i quit. i still have the cheque, not cashed yet, for proof.

i guess i shall call them up and see if they can do anything. even if i dont get my money, hurting him will give me and the other 7 people that quit with me due to the sameish reasons with pride.

yes i have hours logged and witnesses for even more hours.

onyl 22 are logged

yes the manager is willing to testify, as he has harrassed her sexually, and she has given him the weeks notice.
