dvi cables question?

i have the pc connected with a lead with a dvi connecter at the pc end and a hdmi at the other plugged in to the hdmi socket on the tv, i have to connect a separate pair of phono leads to get sound, and was just wondering if there was a lead which could carry both video and audio.
