well just bear in mind 1080p is a no go in vista atm for us nvidiots lol

There is an exe which fixes underscan problems on that thread. Works a treat for me. I didnt think it would but PapaSloth on that avsforum deserves a big fat sloppy kiss. Got it running perfectly now but im scared to reboot now its working, I sincerely hope there is an official fix with the 7.7s which are due out nowish I guess.

Grab it here if its needed by anyone else.

What do you mean, 1080p is not for Nvidia? mines doing well since i chnage my ATI card.

it doesnt work if the information isnt in the edid for the display - you cant force 1080p in the drivers because there's no way to set up custom resolutions in vista at this time. its what a lot of us are having problems with. glad its working for you though
