DX? NO THANKS....OCUK? HELL YEAH

I'm having this exact issue with DX at the moment over some concert tickets.

They aren't for me, they're for my sister. But they insist on having me hand them ID to deliver the tickets. After 2 weeks of missed deliveries because I travel for work, and a long long email conversation with someone called Lisa at DX, I've put it down to an ultimatum. Either they deliver it to my family's address and waive the ID check requirement, or return them as undeliverable and I'll get a refund on the damn tickets. I don't care at this point.
