DX Secure Tracking?

Anyone else having a problem with the tracking system or is it just me?

"Sorry, this combination of tracking number and postcode do not correspond with our records. Please check and try again."

That's all I get, but 5UB has assured me it was despatched yesterday for delivery today. :confused:
