DX Secure Tracking?

Anyone else having a problem with the tracking system or is it just me?

"Sorry, this combination of tracking number and postcode do not correspond with our records. Please check and try again."

That's all I get, but 5UB has assured me it was despatched yesterday for delivery today. :confused:

Yep I checked mine last night - ordered Saturday presumed it would not be delivered yesterday Bank Holiday and all but checked last night and got the same was going to give them today to deliver though and then question.

Exactly the same problem here postcode combo not recognised, 21 minutes on hold with dxsecure does not fill me with confidence on their customer services, OcUk have been quick off the mark dispatching my stuff has to be said

Hold tight guys, we had a collection yesterday however the trailer was not able to pick up all the orders last night. However, the ones that never went last night have already been picked up this morning so the tracking on the website will be delayed. We are hoping that they can deliver all these late collected parcels this morning, for delivery this afternoon. Please check the tracking around 1-2PM.

Cheers for that 5UB, ocuk are fine don't get me wrong but what with there tracking shortcomings and not so hot customer services i have my doubts about dxsecure.

We will see, if worse comes to worst, then tomorrow will be the latest delivery date. Hopefully this will not be the case.

I take it that DX secure is no longer the free delivery option? My order is coming with DPD with free delivery is that just because I'm awesome or has DX finished?

If the items you are ordering are over a certain size/weight then it will be delivered via DPD. - DX Secure are for smaller and lighter items.

Not at all, we just had more parcels than expected due to all the Bank Holidays (and more to come).

I prefer DPD's tracking, so much easier to use...

=( not good I might have to wait until tomorrow meaning next day delivery has taken a week to actually be delivered. How could mine of been delayed it must have been one of the first ordered for today's delivery?
