I'd certainly hope so, assembly of your chair looks similar to mine and it is well designed to avoid some of the pitfalls found elsewhere.
Only tricky bit in the build was attaching the covers on the side mounting points of the back.
These snap into holes using plastic (nylon?) barbs which are easy to bent if you misalign them, so if they don't snap in take a look and reshape the barbs before you try again. I though the right side one was never going to fit, but a little perseverance and a slight angled approach so I could get it aligned better and it was on there.
Everything else was easy and a perfect fit.
