My server is dying, the hard disk is on it's way out. It's an 80 gig SATA. The machines just reboots. Recovery console got it back, but not for long.
It has only around 5 gig of data on it, being the system drive, but I would like to try and save the image, rather than lose my settings and re-install.
I have a spare HD disk, and want to make an image onto my data drive, and then pop the spare disk in and put the image back...
I googled this, and found WinImage which I understand is quite good.
Has anyone got any experiences of this, or can anyone suggest anything better ?
