Hi all,

My colleague and myself have been asked by our boss to forward ALL e-mails that go in AND out of the company to her e-mail account so she can keep track of all out-going and incoming messages. We run a Windows 2000 server with exchange - is there an easy way of doing this? bearing in mind that there are about 60 users using e-mail in a single day. We have advised her against this course of action due to the .pst 2gb limit but it has fallen on deaf ears.

If someone could suggest a way for these e-mails to be passed onto my boss, that would be great

Thanks in advance!

What about just giving your boss access to all mailboxes? You wouldn't get notification of incoming mails, but could check any mailbox whenever you wanted.
That's what we do at our place and it keeps the boss happy.

that won't work - she doesn't know how to use it like that, adding more mailboxes would confuse her (she's in her 70's and doesn't speak much english as she's italian). Just want all mails to go to her inbox. Apparantly its been done before, but it was before myself and my colleague were working here.

You probably really need some sort of archiving software for ths one. AFAIK its not something you can do with Exchange alone.
