E-reader suggestions

I got my wife the WiFi Kindle for her as a replacement Birthday pressie and I am really impressed with it. The screen is something you have to see to appreciate.

Androo, mind if I ask how you are getting on with the case w/light? It looks like it would be great for my wife who reads a lot at night and also when she is away from home but it does cost a lot if it isn't up to the job.
 
Our son has frequent stays in hospital and my wife will usually stay with him, so although it is expensive it does avoid taking a bedside light and fiding a plug socket in reach.

It's one of those problems that may be worth spending the money on, especially as I would like her to have a nice case. The kindle fits in her hand bag but I worry about it getting damaged by the kitchen sink she must carrying in there :)
