E2140 vs E6320

Cache memory + slight bit of extra performance on conroes, for media pc e2140 is plenty good so don't need to spend extra cash so unless you're planning to slap one of newest GPUs and put good cooling and use that media pc for gaming then not worth going for e6xxx as you'll see no difference.

personally I'm not a real fan of e2140/60/80's anymore

the 1mb cache hurts it a lot, especially in windows 7 / vista

and I've had quite a few of these overclocked to 3-3.6GHz ish

I've found a similar clocked e6600 more responsive

A good half way house are the e44** series of cpus, the ones I've seen all had 2mb L2 cache which does make a difference. E6600 is still the best bang for buck cpu around atm (at that price range I reckon).
