E2160 temps

You can stick up to 1.5v for safe everday usage, but 65c @ 3.00ghz means there isn't a ton of headroom left in there. What cooler are you using?
 
That's the main problem with these E2000 cpu's. They run damn hot. My E2140 does 3.6Ghz with 1.472v and hits 62 degrees under high end custom water with a window mounted rad. See here.

Unfortunately you are running out of headroom with the Freezer 7 Pro.
 
It looks like you may have one which has thermal paste underneath it instead of solder (see here.
Check that your arctic cooler is actually getting warm because if it isn't, then the cpu isn't transferring its heat out very well.
