E2200- Safe Temps and Voltage?

New to overclocking and have so far managed to get 3Ghz out of my E2200.
My voltage in bios is 1.40 and max temps are: Idle 32 and running Orthos 52.

Everything is stable and has run Orthos for over 10hours.
Just wondering whats the max safe temp and voltage for this chip, as I'm wanting to push it to around 3.3Ghz?

Intel Specification E2200 - VID Voltage Range:1.162V-1.312V, Thermal Specification:73.3°C.

Anything under ~75c when running Orthos should be grand.

voltage, i believe, is within spec up to 1.5v (could be 1.55v)

As cob says, 75°c max in orthos is fine, nothing else will stress it to that temp...
