Just recieved a W880i from e2save, very smooth service and all that, but was a little bit dissapointed with the packaging.
I guess for the price im asking for it.. but what came was what you will find in a mobile phone box, just not in the originial box and wrapped in cling film and half the screen protector off.

so.. what did i get. a refurbished second hand?

you woulda clearly been told of a "clearance" phone when buying it - which can include refurbished, discontinued, etc phones.

would i ever know what its been through

Unlikely to be able to find out as they should wipe/master reset the phone but if they haven't you might find text messages on the phone or files on the memory card.

The chances are that someone simply tried the phone and didn't like so returned under the Distance Selling Regulations within the 14 days. If there is anything wrong with it then you can still return as per normal.

Cool, thanks for the info. the phone (w880i)looks brand spanking new, and as you say it has been factory reset.
The phone was 120pounds with 10pounds airtime card which was compulsory and fail to find anywhere in the package.
the one and only damage i can find is on the battery and its just a small dent.. so i guess im happy about it all :).

Thanks a lot everyone.
