It's been delayed until 2011 at least and one of the developers has stopped working due to time constraints with their other projects, but Ubisoft is still making the title so we might see some info at E3.

As for new consoles we will see a 3DS at least :p Plus maybe a 360 slim (high chance) and a PSP2/re-brand of some sort which is less likely due to the Go only being around for so long.

Rare is going to be showing some stuff off and we will probably hear about Respawns new game (old Infinity Ward team).

I also believe that TDU2 will be there due to Gamespots pre-e3 video talking about to some extent :)

I reckon they've probably ditched it by now :D. Realized its taking so long, by the time its out the PS3 will be end of line anyway. So they've started development on Gran Turismo 6 already for release a few years into the PS4 life cycle.

They're implementing the Move sticks, perhaps.
 
really hope the show in game footage of killzone 3 , was hoping it would be out late 2010 but i suppose there will be that many good games this year that spring next year is not to bad . :D
 
Not sure if this has been covered but the Natal Event on the 13th is the Cirque du Soleil Show, it's just being shown on the 15th.

MTV did a deal and there's a embargo on anyone reporting on the show until it's shown.
