Love the old E32s. I owned a 735iSE much the same as that one (mine had leather though).
They are a lovely drive but make sure it doesn't have a self levelling rear end. It's a world of hurt and cost me thousands in parts to sort out on the E32 750i I had for a while.
They are dead easy to work on and maintain too. Loads of space in the engine bay with the S6.
The E32s really seems to be having a bit of a renascence at the moment. Probably because all the abused dogs have been scrapped long ago.
