e8200 core 1 and 2 temps hotter than cpu temp

on speed fan and suh programmes, the CPU is shown at 39 degrees/ 35 degrees etc but the core 1 and 2 is at 60-70 odd degrees??
is this normal and should i be worried?
i may be getting a new cooler later on as i only have the retail heatsink atm
any help is happy

Are those full load temps?
Double check with Core temp or Real temp.
The cpu temp will most proberly be measured by the socket or IHS, compared to actual core temps which most proberbal be higher.

At full load not to bad, a new cooler will hopefully improve things.
