E8200 fanless passive cooling ?

Should be easily achieved, i ran a q9550 undervolted with a passive TRUE for a few days prior to overclocking it.

Very easily. I put a computer together using one of these with the fan removed. An E8400 not the E8200, but I suspect the thermal envelope to be similar.

Airflow was a 200mm and a 120mm exhaust, spinning just above stalling. No intake fans, temperatures under intel burn test hit 74.

Something like a thermalright ultra 120 extreme is quite capable of cooling a reasonably overclocked dual core passively. Beaten to this by setter, but it'll just about cope with an overclocked quad running at stock volts.

The 8200 I have will run at stock speed with just under 1.1v
Under volting will cuts the heat out put significantly.
A IFX-14 is likely overkill unless you planning on a single fan build or just using the psu as your only fan.
If you can find one the HR-01plus is the thermalright to get.

If going for a two or more case fan + psu then even the TRUE works well.

Seems pretty pointless considering your case fans are going to make more noise, why not just have one the same or quieter on the HS itself?
