Hi guys,

Just spec'ing up some bits for a new PC and have had these two CPUs thrown into the mix.

I was wondering which of the two chips would be the better clocker and at one clockspeed, which would give the better performance?

Obviously I'm leaning towards the E8200 due to the newer core and increased cache, but you never know :)

Cheers.

Not really :o

It was such a HUGE step up from my old XP2500 system I thought 'no point overclocking it until I find it struggling'.

I had a play just after I built the machine but I think it's been running at stock ever since, heh.
