Yeah it will, a degree or two at least, definitely apply thermal paste to your CPU, do not trust the stuff that's on the cooler, it could be so much better.
 
Sure, you probably won't need it i guess, it'll still do a fine job of clocking.
Just be aware that there are some problems with making those chips go over 1.5v, do not apply excessive voltage to them even if temperatures are fine, it'll permanently cripple the chips.
 
So about 1.25v should easily get 3.2GHz i would assume!?

Would the AC Pro7 make much difference at 3.2GHz than the stock HSF with AS5 thermal paste applied to it?
