Intel do not sell any CPU that's guaranteed to OC, only OCUK seem to do that with the Q6600's they sell at a premium.

Yes OCUK seem to have a habit of doing that, still its not Intel claiming it.

Yes, eventually all of them will be E0.

Yup very small box just fits the cooler. Although I suppose it saves on packaging and it doesn't need to be any bigger.

Be careful peeps, just to warn you that OcUK will get the odd batch of older ones in from time to time (as they won't be spec'ing the stepping to suppliers)

Jedifragger, if I was to buy a 'few' of these to raise chance of getting a E0, can I return the rest (unopened ovbiously) under DSA ? i.e can you return part of an order under DSA?

Do you have E0 batches of the E8400s in there as well>?
