EA Play subscription increases by 80%

I've had this free with gpu for 3 year and played maybe 3/4 games so the draw to it is clearly missed on me.

35.99 a year doesn't really seem horrific value for money, maybe the 19.99 price point was too low and unsustainable.

May as well do the games pass ultimate holiday hack before they fix it, be around 90 quid for 2 years of gpu.

That is unless they've fixed it already

I need to remember to cancel it. Can't even remember last time I used it. GF used to play Sims through it but even she's not used it for about a year.

The best reason to have the pro subscription is day 1 access to their games and usually early release, only makes sense if you're an obsessive for a particular game to use the sub for 1 month etc... when such a game hits. Same for Ubisoft as well, how I played the latest Assassin's Creed game before running into performance issues and cancelling my sub :) happy I didn't pay full price for it, at the time. As I'd usually use CD keys etc and take the risk on not getting a refund for a lot of new games as I'm likely to pass the 2 hour steam limit.
