Z68? or Z77? - Will have 8GB 1600MHZ RAM, SSD, 2HD'S, prob GTX 570/580.

Will either be i-5 2500K, or IB replacement. IB looks disappointing at this stage, so far more likely to be i-5 especially with plenty of 2nd hand chips on the market soon.

PS - I'm pretty much an ASUS only mobo guy!

:)

I would certainly go for a Z77 board. They cost the same as the Z68 boards but have native USB3 and PCIE gen3 included.

The ASUS boards are nice, though I wouldn't discount gigabyte as they make nice quality boards and their UK RMA service is known to be a lot better/faster than ASUS'.

Z77X-UD3H is an excellent board for the price. As mentioned ASUS boards are also good, but Gigabyte have better UK support in my experience.

Hi, this had had some excellent reviews and I like the features and also the look!

It's micro ATX though and i've never used one, any problems with them? it will be going into a Corsair 650d.

Also there's this

The GIGABYTE board mentioned looks good too, and is a bit cheaper, the RMA factor is a plus, but really how likely am I to use it? and if I were I'd just think 'should have stuck with ASUS....'
