earphones for running ?

thought better in here , but i am using normal earphone with the phone while running for music , but they always fall out very annoying , any recommendations for a decent set that will stay in ear ?

I use Sennheiser MX680i's

Good quality, and has an inline remote for ipod/iphone. If you don't want that, the MX680 is basically the same for a cheaper price.
