Earplug Recommendations

Boots Wax ear plugs. I've been using them for years and years, easily mould to your ear canal and create a perfect seal.

Aa stated though no ear plug is going to eliminate hammering/drilling noises as you are into the territory of external vibration noises and ear plugs only really work on high/medium pitched sounds and low if it's already quiet.

I would be looking to swap onto days or sleep somewhere else if I were you.

I work in engineering and without going down the higher end route, the rubber ones block an awful lot more sound to the point of being completely silent. can't link but it was '6 pack silicone earplugs for swimming', they're the same as general ppe ones. I sleep with them all of the time

These. I work nights and am a light sleeper, wouldn't use anything else.
