EARS? What is it?

It's a chop job on Remedy for fault call logging and change reques authorisation, it is pretty average as is every other Remedy install I've ever laid eyes on. I've never seen the base package but as soon as companies start customising it they seem to get caught in a web of not delivering what the end user actually wants or needs but what middle managment thinks is important.

Anyways back on topic I'd never heard of it before I joined Cap and assuming you have an IQ in double figures you'll be able to pick it up in about 5 minutes once someone explains the crazy way it's been setup.

Was that directed at me? I know all that :) It tells you it's a Remedy system on startup.

It doesn't stop it being rubbish :D
