Easter Eggs

Me and the Missus were talking earlier on about Easter Eggs. Mainly how - now that she's on a diet - she's had to give me all hers.

Then a I made a comment that she immediately laughed and said "Yeah me too!" to. I wonder who else thinks the same way?

"I remember getting my first easter egg and being terrible disappointed when I found out it was hollow."

When I was a kid I used to carefully unwrap my eggs, eat the chocolate and put the box back in place. This was so my brother and sister thought I still had some left when they'd eaten all theirs. I think they're still annoyed about it now after 30+ years

I've always thought a measly few ounces of chocolate for a fiver was a big rip off though.

I remember getting one of those chocolate factory kits when I was younger and making a solid half of an easter egg with little bits of the toffee quality street in
took me three days or so to eat it
was plain chocolate too

Quite apart from the measily amount of chocolate you get for your money with an Easter egg, I'm surpried the environmentalists haven't jumped on the amount and types of packaging they come in.
