Easter Holiday Plans

The weather is looking a bit dire down here so going to wait for the latest forecast tonight or fri morning for Fridays destination maybe using my NT membership Feick for instance , Saturday afternoon sees some surf so probably my usual Polzeath , maybe the same Sunday but i always walk whatever and take the kindle ,house stuff Monday maybe
So a normal weekend really just longer ,i don't do staying in really ,tv and computer is very early morning and early evening
lots of vino as well,

We've booked a hotel and will be visiting a food and drink festival and be checking out a few restaurants local to it as well.

Was going to take advantage of the two4one card, but as usual rail has got engineering work on, so will have to drive and have booked one of those park on my drive apps for the weekend

Shopping Friday at Bluewater, nowt Saturday, shooting at NRA Bisley Sunday and visiting the wife’s family Monday.

I’m also on-call and probably have some DIY list I haven’t yet been made aware of.
 
Missenden food festival tomorrow and a pub lunch with friends on Saturday then DIY on Sunday and Monday

Nothing particularly planned for the weekend, but I'm "off" looking after the kids all next week. I say "kids", but our eldest is off on a school trip to the lake district (lucky ******), so I'm hopefully going to try and get the 5 year old to help me replace the roof on the shed and generally tidy up the garden a bit! :cry:

Working Friday, Working Monday

In between I will likely have plenty of jobs to get done in the garden weather permitting.
 
I am extra tired from work lately, so of course I've filled my long weekend with driving to family visits and errands. Two sisters visiting us Friday, birthday party, Saturday we are dropping off two TVs to people and I need to visit my mum and fix her phone.

Sunday is "just" my in-laws Easter visit, then home.

Monday dead :o
 
Working Friday, doing some painting outside on Saturday weather permitting, chilling on Sunday/Monday. I used to have so much energy and desire to go on holidays, I just cant be arsed as much as Ive got older, more to do with saving the pennies I guess, I do still like to go on holiday maybe once every year or two though.

Good Friday fancy dress pub crawl (Goth theme this year :eek:) Chilling Saturday and prepping for hosting the family for a traditonal Easter Sunday lunch. Monday is cancelled as I usually get through a lot of Bourbon with my nephew :cry:
 
Easter Sunday even since i was a kid we go egg rolling, we decorate hard boiled eggs and see whos makes it furthes down the hill without cracking. Sounds silly but its great fun with the kids.
 
I'll probably go pick up a few bits from a garden centre to prepare for a bit of a tidy up, then I might go to the local antiques fair to look for a fun project.
