Hi Ive got a Gigabyte GA945P-S3 Motherboard, it comes with EasyTune 5 which I installed, I updated it, now when I start the computer it says my cpu settings have been changed and it will go to default. 
Ive unistalled it, my question is do I need it?, is it any good?, and whats the best way/program to overclock my computer.
. Also is nvtray the best program to overclock my videocard and should I just click on detect optimal settings on manual overclocking(as thats the only option I have).

SOUND: DELL 5.1 SPEAKER SYSTEM, 5 SPEAKERS AND SUBWOOFER.
OPERATING SYSTEM: WINDOWS XP MC EDITION 2005
