easy tune 5

i have just built my first custom machine and i got easy tune 5 with my motherboard utility disc!
i am completely new to overclocking so i was wondering if anyone could give me some directions??

oh and btw i'm reading the stickied guides at the min lol

I wouldn't use easy tune 5, it caused all sorts of stuttering in games when running in the background for me.

Read the guides as your're doing and use the bios to overclock
