Easy video editing software for Windows 10?

I just need something relatively basic to trim some files copied from multiple DVDs, then splice them together and reburn to a single disk.

I can't get Windows Movie maker to install.

Any other recommendations?

Ended up ripping them using DVD Decrypter on a windows machine, then tought myself the basics of Adobe Premier Pro CC on my macbook seeing as I have a CC subcription.

Getting the final product burnt to a DVD player playable DVD was a faff, had to figure out how to install Adobe Encore by enabling the install of old Adobe CS6 versions through the Creative Cloud installer.

Got Premier Pro CS6 installed, which allowed me access the abandoned (Why?!) Adobe Encore, then found a tutorial on how to use that online and got a working disc burnt!

What mission. Phew.

A bit late but I just use movie maker, simple and easy. Not too sure about getting it on DVD to play tho
